Birble AI is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our rapidly growing team. As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating, selecting, prioritizing, deploying, and managing our marketing technology stack. You will also be responsible for overseeing the global performance dashboard, analytics, and reporting for the marketing department. Own and manage end-to-end marketing automation processes and projects, from inception to maintenance, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Oversee the deployment and management of the CRM system, leveraging your expertise in global HubSpot instance.
Measure the effectiveness of integrated marketing campaigns, including demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), social media, paid advertising, earned media, and events, both internally and through global partner collaborations.
Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to leverage the marketing technology stack, including digital tools, asset management systems, web platforms, and project management tools, to enable personalized marketing experiences.
Work closely with the broader Birble AI Ecosystem operations team to develop marketing performance dashboards, providing insights on digital analytics, funnel analytics, database health, and other key metrics.
Regularly communicate marketing performance insights to stakeholders across marketing, operations, and external partners, ensuring alignment on data-driven marketing strategies and optimizing investments by audience, partner, geography, and campaign.
Optimize templates and critical metrics to effectively communicate our overall marketing contribution and drive accountability and performance optimization, while streamlining processes to avoid unnecessary complexity.
Assist in contract negotiations with vendors to secure the best partnerships and pricing.
Orchestrate the monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing planning processes, ensuring alignment with Birble AI’s objectives.
4 years of experience in a Marketing Operations/Automation role, with a proven track record of success.
Extensive experience in implementing and scaling HubSpot or equivalent marketing automation platforms within a marketing stack.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across global markets.
Excellent planning and project management skills.
A true team player with a proactive approach to collaboration.
Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to derive valuable insights from data.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
Experience in the blockchain, Web3, or GameFi industries is a plus.
Fully remote position, with a preferred location on the East Coast of the US or Canada.
