Social Media Manager (WEB3) REMOTE

Birble AI is looking for an experienced social media manager to join our communications team to help design social media strategies and deliver our brand vision by creating and managing social media content across all social channels. We are looking for someone who has an intuitive understanding of why people think, act, and behave the way they do. A strong candidate will already have an understanding of the leading narratives in tech and a deep conviction in the values of Web3, such as decentralization, open-source development, and community collaboration. You are also aware of the influential social media accounts in crypto, and have ideas for creatively making them aware of the Birble AI Network Foundation’s own product announcements and narratives. We are looking for a candidate with a vision for social media best practices and strategy, as well as someone comfortable writing expressive and tight social media copy with flair. You will work closely with the communications and marketing teams. As the Social Media Manager, you will help create and curate unique content for the Birble AI. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in social media marketing and management and unique content creation and curation. You can apply a data-driven approach and strategy, using analytics to derive insights and boost engagement. We welcome a self-starter who excels in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Experience in Web3 is a huge plus!

Responsibilities:

Creating a social media marketing strategy, and owning all aspects of its implementation.

Write and edit social post copy, optimizing for best practices across various social platforms while maintaining brand voice.

Serve as a social platform subject matter expert – keeping a pulse on trending topics in the community and identifying areas of opportunity to grow our engagement.

Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products and initiatives.

Manage content calendar for all platforms, i.e. create, source and schedule exceptional content.

Communicate with the community, especially fans, influencers, and other partners to increase the impact of each channel.

Community monitoring and engagement within Discord, Telegram, and Twitter.

Stay up to date on the latest Web3 trends to continually drive innovative community strategies for growth.

Provide monthly performance and/or campaign performance on key metric

Requirements

5+ years of experience in social media management, with hands-on experience with Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Discord.

A strong, distinctive voice on social media.

Deep familiarity with social influencers and advocate communities

Experience launching or managing community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, kicking off an ambassador or influencer program, launching a brand refresh).

Ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and can apply this knowledge to digital marketing initiatives and achieving client goals.

Measured judgment on when to engage / not engage (e.g. avoid Twitter traps).

Proven ability to drive user acquisition and growth via social channels.

Familiarity with social performance analytics and reporting.
