Responsibilities include:

Monitor and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and policies. (TWITTER, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Discord, etc…)

Respond to user inquiries, comments, and concerns in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive and engaging online environment.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective moderation strategies, managing online discussions and maintaining a respectful atmosphere.

Stay updated on the latest trends and emerging issues in social media, particularly in the Web3/blockchain industry, to address potential challenges and opportunities.

Work closely with the marketing technology stack, utilizing tools for social media management, analytics, and reporting.

Assist in the creation and optimization of social media templates, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and communicate the impact of our social media efforts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and marketing, to leverage data-driven insights and enhance personalized user experiences.

Contribute to the development and execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual social media plans aligned with Birble AI’s objectives.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience as a Social Media Moderator or in a similar role, preferably within the Web3/blockchain industry.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, their functionalities, and community guidelines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.

Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive team player with a collaborative mindset and a keen eye for detail.

Analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of deriving insights and metrics from social media data.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

Familiarity with blockchain, Web3, or GameFi concepts is a plus.

Fully remote position, with a preferred location the US or Canada.
