Responsibilities include:

Website Design: Creating visually appealing and user-friendly website designs that align with Birble AI’s brand identity and user experience goals. This involves conceptualizing, wireframing, and prototyping website layouts and components.

User Interface (UI) Design: Designing the graphical user interface elements of the website, including buttons, menus, forms, and other interactive elements. Ensuring that the UI design is intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and accessible to users.

User Experience (UX) Design: Collaborating with UX designers and researchers to understand user needs and create an optimal user experience. Conducting usability testing and gathering user feedback to iteratively improve the website’s usability and overall user satisfaction.

Responsive Design: Creating website designs that are responsive and adaptable to different screen sizes and devices. Ensuring a seamless user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.

Visual Branding: Incorporating Birble AI’s branding guidelines, colors, typography, and visual elements into the website design. Maintaining consistency in visual branding throughout the website.

Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, content creators, and marketing professionals, to ensure the successful implementation of the website design. Collaborating on design iterations, providing feedback, and incorporating input from stakeholders.

Design Assets Creation: Creating or sourcing design assets, such as icons, illustrations, and images, to enhance the visual appeal and engagement of the website. Optimizing and preparing design assets for web delivery.

Prototyping and Mockups: Creating interactive prototypes or high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and user interactions. Presenting design proposals and rationale to stakeholders for feedback and approval.

Design Guidelines and Documentation: Creating design guidelines and documentation that outline design principles, styles, and patterns to ensure consistency and facilitate future design updates. Documenting design decisions, rationale, and specifications for reference.

Stay Updated with Design Trends: Keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in website design. Continuously expanding your knowledge and skills to enhance the quality and innovation of your design work.

Accessibility and SEO Considerations: Incorporating accessibility principles and optimizing the website design for search engine visibility. Ensuring compliance with web accessibility standards and optimizing the design for search engine optimization (SEO) requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Website Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative approach.

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for web design.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively communicate and collaborate with developers.

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with blockchain, Web3, or GameFi concepts is a plus.

Design Skills: Proficiency in website design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition. Strong visual design skills and an eye for aesthetics to create appealing and engaging website designs.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or other industry-standard design tools. Familiarity with prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, or InVision for creating interactive prototypes or mockups.

Web Design Technologies: Knowledge of web design technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively communicate with developers and ensure the feasibility of design implementations. Understanding the capabilities and limitations of web technologies and their impact on design decisions.

User-Centered Design: Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies. Ability to conduct user research, gather insights, and translate them into intuitive and user-friendly website designs. Understanding user personas, user flows, and wireframing techniques.

Responsive Design: Experience in designing responsive websites that adapt to various screen sizes and devices. Understanding of responsive design frameworks and techniques to ensure consistent user experiences across different platforms.

Collaboration and Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams, including developers, UX designers, and stakeholders. Ability to clearly communicate design concepts, rationale, and receive feedback constructively.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in design assets, layouts, and specifications. Ability to follow design guidelines and maintain consistency in design elements throughout the website.
